My mum’s wedding cake! The most stressful cake I have ever decorated!
More recent cupcakes… not the best I’ve made. It seems i always forget to take pictures of the good ones!
So looking back on the cakes I made when I first started baking/decorating makes me see that I have definitely improved alot! So, I’m going to post them for all to see… Please don’t judge!

I had alot of trouble with the icing as it was the first big cake I ever iced on my own! The photo is quite bad and doesn’t really do it justice. I wasn’t sure how to go about making the coloured hills so every little block was a little square of coloured fondant. It took me hours!

I just thought I’d say hello to the wonderful world of Tumblr! I’ve had this blog for a while but have been slightly intimidated by the prospect of actually doing something with it… So I figured it was time to suck it up princess and just do it!
